Delivery, returns and policies

Every order is checked, packed by hand and dispatched with care.

Delivery is free on orders above ₹499. Smaller orders have a delivery charge of ₹49, shown in your cart before you pay.

Delivery times depend on your pincode. You can check where your order stands anytime on the Track order page using your order number and mobile number.

Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel. For cash on delivery orders, keep the amount ready in cash. If an item runs out after you order, we will contact you to offer a replacement or a refund for that item.

Puja samagri is offered in worship, so opened or used items such as agarbatti, dhoop, kumkum, haldi, chandan, camphor and havan samagri cannot be returned.

If anything arrives damaged, broken or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and its packaging. We will send a replacement or refund it.

You can cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us with your order number. Refunds for online payments go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days after we approve them.

When you order, we ask for your name, mobile number, delivery address, an optional email address and any notes you add. We use these only to prepare, deliver and support your order, and our team receives your order details by email so we can pack it.

Online payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. We share your delivery details only with the courier that brings your order.

Your cart is saved in your own browser so it is still there when you come back. We count visits with privacy-friendly statistics that use no cookies and do not identify you. We never sell your information.

To correct or delete your details, contact us with your order number.

Prices are in Indian rupees and are shown on each product and in your cart before you pay. An order is confirmed once you place it with cash on delivery, or once your online payment is confirmed.

Natural products such as dhoop, chandan, rudraksha and tulsi can vary slightly in colour, size and fragrance from batch to batch. Product illustrations are for reference.

We may cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable or we cannot deliver to the address given. Any payment already made for a cancelled order is refunded in full.

Please use lit diyas, camphor, dhoop and havan samagri with care, away from children, curtains and anything that can catch fire.
